Our core coverage is Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Batangas. We also take projects in Cebu and nearby provinces. Sites outside these areas are considered case by case, since accommodation and mobilisation affect the cost.
Commercial buildings, offices and retail, industrial facilities and warehouses, residential construction, interior fit-outs, renovations, and civil and site development works. Sizes range from single-unit fit-outs to multi-storey buildings.
Yes. Under design-and-build we coordinate the architectural and engineering design, process permits, and construct the project under one contract. We also work as a construction-only contractor when you already have a designer.
Cost & quotations
Use the quote request form, email us, or call the office. A short description of the scope and the location is enough to start; we will tell you what else we need.
At minimum: the location, the type of work and an approximate area. Drawings, photos of the existing condition, a target start date and any decided finishes let us quote accurately rather than in a range.
We take off quantities from the drawings, price materials at current supplier rates, add labour based on crew productivity, then add equipment, site overheads, permits, taxes and contractor's margin. Every item is shown, so you can see what drives the number.
Initial estimates and the first site visit are free. Detailed design work, structural assessments and measured surveys are chargeable services, and we will tell you the fee before starting.
Project process
As a rough guide: interior fit-outs run 6 to 12 weeks, a custom residence 6 to 10 months, and a mid-sized commercial or industrial building 8 to 14 months. Permits, weather and client decisions are what usually move these dates.
You receive a weekly progress report with accomplishment against the programme, dated site photos, an updated look-ahead schedule, and any items awaiting your decision. Your project manager is also reachable directly.
Yes, with prior arrangement so we can issue the required personal protective equipment and brief you on site rules. We usually schedule a walkthrough at each major milestone.
We prepare and follow through on permit applications when the contract includes it, which is standard for design-and-build. Some documents still need the owner's signature and lot papers.
Construction & quality
Each phase has inspection checkpoints that must be signed off before the next trade covers the work — rebar before pouring, waterproofing before screed, MEP before ceiling closure. Concrete is tested to the specified strength, and results are part of the turnover documents.
Any change is documented as a variation with its cost and schedule impact, and it needs your written approval before we proceed. We do not carry out extra work first and bill for it later.
Every active site has a DOLE-accredited safety officer, a documented risk assessment, daily toolbox meetings, mandatory personal protective equipment and controls for high-risk work such as excavation, hot works and work at height.
You receive as-built drawings, testing and commissioning records, equipment manuals and warranties. Defects raised during the warranty period are attended to at no cost when they are workmanship-related.

Question about your own project?
Most answers depend on the site. Send us the details and we will give you a specific answer rather than a general one.
